Martin- LSI has More Future Value Independent than being Taken Over

Longer term LSI can see $35-$50 as an independent company with excellent products and reputation. An INTC takeover would be done at maybe a 50% premium to todays price--say $24--some may like that--but that's exactly why someone would buy them--they see more value longer term in the company than they would pay for it.

At these prices, LSI makes a great take-over target. $15 = 1x sales!

But I doubt INTC. If it's done, would be the first successful deal tried in semi - for good reasons. This is huge mis-mangement by the senior staff. Besides the ones they personally own, I doubt they have one single share behind them now.
