Wayne,
I understand that in order to cut all expenditures and to conserve the moneys they have, Yellich cut off all unnecessary expenses, the web site being one of them. They can remain in chapter 11 as long as they don't make any more debt, if they run out of money before they are restructured, they would be forced into chapter 7. I hope that helps.
