Eddie,
Hi!!! Words would undoubtedly end when describing Dell's earnings.....maybe that is....but, the smiles I have received from friends in just these few hours since the release....words cannot describe!

Best, Kemble

Don't think so. It means that there is no way DELL is going to touch 110 before expiration. The premium for Aug 120 is still there.

Re Dell August 110 calls.

Has anyone noticed that the premium for the DELL August 110 calls are running very closely to the difference of Dell's stock from $110? Meaning that zero "time value" is present. This is also true for CPQ. I know options expire this friday; however, is this a sign that option traders think DELL and CPQ are at near term tops?

No, this is a sign that options expire this Friday, as you pointed out already.

Eddie, It means they're trading dollar-for-dollar the week of expirations, and nothing else. I'd be concerned if the Septembers were trading dollar-for-dollar, but not the Augusts.
