Marvin, that still has to be proved.
He was stupid for not admitting it right away.
It is still not what the founding fathers had in mind when they were speaking of high crimes.
Imagine T. Jefferson being hounded by Starr. Having had a child from a slave mistress.
It has been stated infinitum ( by legal analysts) that no prosecuter would have ever charged anyone with perjury stemming from a civil case thats been thrown out.
Its like charging someone in divorce court with perjury. It doesn't happen.
