To Vlad and all: I just got an e-mail from Vivus. I was astounded to get an answer to my e-mail. Wow. The message from Vivus follows: =================================================================== The first focus of VIVUS is to collaborate with a partner who will take over the domestic sales and marketing for MUSE. We are not currently pursuing a buy-out opportunity, but the Company would review offers presented. =================================================================== I received this message at 11:00 am pacific time. I guess this will help add discussion to the board on Vivus direction. As stated in previous messages on the SI board, I am looking forward to an announcement from Vivus soon. DAVID
