If I used stops like that (-20%) I wouldn't play very
volatile issues

Try to do thirds or halves (?) I don't have the discipline to
stick to it--and as far as SEA goes, things are down so far
now, maybe it is a good place to get in and forget--and ignore
any mental stops (and I only do mental stops).

I suppose if I had unlimited funds, why I probably would
be buying more stuff...like KF and JOF--anybody on the thread
have any opinions about those?

JOF, the Japan otc fund has ticked up a tad in the past few
days--surely that was the bottom finally?! JOF has been
on a very steady trend down since $14 in early 1994, it has
twice tested lows around 4 1/2.
