Its probably just a little dividend they felt entitled to if they get the share price to a dollar, and felt since they couldn't legally sell shares for a year, then why not accept a little gratuity for the wait. I would have made an equal or less than equal swap. But I'm not them. You have touched upon this Frontier thing for some time, so maybe you could just post what you believe the makeup is...

I assume you are referring to the roll back then conversion ratio?? Probably because they're the insiders who restricted their shares, and as a result of the restriction, they are taking more risk since they cannot get out whenever they want, and therefore they are entitled to more shares?????? GG
