You're absolutely right on CELL's weak points. They were the only reason for my ill-fated foray into CLST.

So now I have to come to SI to follow-up as well. My impression is that Bounsall was actually quite optimistic about both Mexico and Brazil becoming huge markets. While your CDMA concerns may be valid at present, isn't the Nokia entry coming soon?

Additionally, one of CELL's strengths which was emphasized was their willingness to work with most manufacturers, unlike CLST which is heavily tied to MOT. So while I don't know the particulars, wouldn't CELL's expanding number of relationships with manufacturers tend to point towards their lining up something with QCOM or another CDMA player if that's what it takes to get into Mexico and additional Brazilian markets?

All I know is that the impression we got today is CELL is going to go where the markets are and with whatever the hot products are. And Latin America is in CELL's radar screen big-time.
