I agree with you. If she does not complain I see a problem calling it harassment. However, that will not insulate Clinton from claims of other subordinates who might claim they were prejudiced by preferential treatment Lewinsky received as a result of having serviced the Pres. There's the bigger problem. JLA

<< Why dont you right wing people have a problem with this? I dont want anybody telling me or anybody else when I have been harrassed. This is rediculous>>

No assumptions, please - I am not right wing. I am not in any way religious, I favor abortion rights, I actually marched in the civil rights marches in the late 60's, and still work toward equal rights, I am a devout feminist........you get the idea, I'm sure <g>.

It would not be you that was harassed in my hypothetical situation. It would be the person that was passed over for promotion. The behavior I described promotes an unhealthy work environment, one based on sexual conduct, not work. Let me give you another, somewhat extreme example. BTW, this actually happened. A man was constantly flirting with the women with whom he worked. He was very popular, and no one wanted to complain. Another man who worked there was very offended at the behavior, and insisted that a stop be put to it. None of the women had complained, but it was still considered harassment.
