ok, I was getting bored because trading volume is drying up..... so on a serious note.... can anyone tell me about the SEC's Y2K disclosure requirement for 3Q... seems like most co's already talk about that so nothing too new.... but what impact might this have? TIA....

With all due respect, wouldn't a private discussion with the CEO on matters such as new large orders border on impropriety?
