Wink et al: Just e-mailed Roger this morning asking for some clarification re: the cease trading. His reply (at noon) was: "The cease-trade order was issued due to the late financials. They have been officially filed as of last Friday. The exchange has subsequently requested WRN to break down into detail a few of the items on the financial statement. Once the exchange receives this, (soon, if not laready), I expect to see the stock resume trading. The halt is not due to some "other" developments with the company."
