Wink et al:
Just e-mailed Roger this morning asking for some clarification re: the cease trading. His reply (at noon) was:

"The cease-trade order was issued due to the late financials. They have been officially filed as of last Friday. The exchange has subsequently requested WRN to break down into detail a few of the items on the financial statement. Once the exchange receives this, (soon, if not laready), I expect to see the stock resume trading. The halt is not due to some "other" developments with the company."

Roger's e-mail address is rfull@ix.netcom.com in case you were interested in doing any follow-up.

I also noticed the reference to Minority Interest and am not sure exactly what that is. I haven't had time to find out yet either. If I do I'll post, please do the same.

Salut,

I do not know for sure, however there is some speculation that the financials include 100% of Taylor's income and then have Oscar and Brett's interest backed out in the form of the "minority interest". I have not been able to confirm this as reality, but it does sound plausible to me.
