You both might want to check out PEO. Not exactly what you asked about and not often discussed here but you might find it interesting none the less. It's a fairly conservative closed-end mutual fund trading on the NYSE. Info, including NAV, discount, and schedule of investments is very readily available at their web site. Today's NAV was $36.10 and closing price was $33 11/16 for a 6.68% discount. It was about 48% E&P and 12.5% OS as of their June quarterly report.

Their weekly chart is pretty easy to read too, says it's still a wee bit early to buy in. If I'd followed my own advice about PEO being a good bogey for the OS sector it would have gotten me out when it's stochs turned in mid-May, right at the beginning of the current debacle. Wait 'till the stochs turn up and cross again (should be soon), then back up the truck.
