Pink ... appreciate telling us what you did, but you gotta say "why" you covered!!!

Is it possible that you think appreciation (in both senses) might happen, or just that its going down too slowly? Or that all of the rumors of bad bookkeeping, salesmen fleeing, IRS audits, etc are not true.
