That's why he will be gone before the November elections. Dems are recognizing the pervasiveness of the WH corruption will be revealed. By asking for his resignation because of "just sex", they can say the president stepped down for the good of the country because of his "personal failures".

liberal journalist. He sees the damage that Clinton may do to
causes that are important to him.

Another distinction with Nixon is that both spouses are involved
in the corruption here. It's a marriage made in politics.
