Adam, when I refer to Aunts etc I mean the mass of people at large who are not computer literate. The APples is far easier than a Wintel, as we all know, for a non tech to install. Just plug in power, mouse, keyboard, phone and speake/mike and you can go from there. SOme will need a bit of help, take the $10, go wild. In general I think this machine will strike a chord among those whose VCR blinks 12:00:00. I looked at the machiene and operated it. It runs well and fast. The screen has very good color gradations, better than most SVGA, but then Apple has always had good color. I do not like the color or the mouse shape, but I bet you will find other peoples mice/trackballs out there soon. I see this as a small step forward for APple. I would paint the case if you do not like the color of it. I could care less what color it is. The next 4 weeks will tell the tale on the iMac. Bill
