A fundamental aspect of the device is much more important the end than any element of manufacturing, distribution, etc. If you can answer this question honestly, once, then we'll talk. Show me where in Spectrx's documentation that is says the device can monitor the bilirubin level while the infant is undergoing phototherapy treatment - I don't see it anywhere.

Per Bill at SPRX I.R. today, primarily, BiliChek revenue generated in Q2 1998 came from milestones and populating distributors with product, NOT from end users taking receipt of product. Now, with (i) the distributor channels flooded, AND (ii) "excess capacity production" considering "The Company expects excess capacity to exist for at least the remainder of this year." AND (iii) the company unwilling to discuss # of units delivered to end users, saying only that product is "well received", just doesn't sound like end users are gobbling-up the Bilicheck now does it? Try something else Robin. Your "market share" angle has no basis.
