At this point we need to know what the sec is going to do next.Someone will have to be appointed to over see this mess. I would think. Maybe by the courts.

NO one is going to touch this shell for a long time. Unless we can clear up what has happened and get all the facts. That can get pretty costly. Who is going to put up the cash? We need a good Corporate attorney with knowledge of the OTC-BB world. I don't trust stock justice.
