Weren't INCE shareholders supposed to get some stock in another one of these shell companies as of July, 1998? Wouldn't it be fraudulent not to follow through on the deal? I know that my brokerage statement for July doesn't reflect any new stock in my portfolio. What is going on with that, anyway? Can I discredit someone by name who seems to have cheated me? I don't have a malicious bone in my body, but I sure feel discredited, symbolically speaking.
