I think we'll see some action on the court pretty soon. The Oct. 1 milestone date to finalize the deal is not far away. We should see a press release to that effect. Hope we get some specifics. Conference season is coming up. Given last year's example, it's reasonable to assume CIST will present flu vaccine animal results at 1 or more major conferences. The CIST 10-K is due out in 6-8 weeks. Again, hope we get some detail on the company's direction (info on the company-sponsored cancer research, etc.) It's also possible there are other deals in the works. CIST has yet to utilize their cash to bring in new projects. I'm also assuming new partnerships are still possible. Rudy
