Clinton Old CW: Out of control womanizing liar setting new lows for the standards of the Presidency. New CW: Commander in Chief leading America agains our enemies abroad with might and resolve. The next bestseller: "How Clinton Got His Groove Back". In the meantime, events seem to be making for some nice buying opporunities. Mid-caps mashed so flat that bargin hunting just brings any further drops right back. No upside in sight, but risk seems very reasonable. Small caps; well forget about them; you can stick a fork in those; there done.
