I wouldn't open it. Reasons:

1) high margin rate
2) don't do contingent orders
3) slow moving between screens

Enough? Cause I got more.

I would open an account --- despite the problems, the company has come a long way in addressing the most pressing issues (like server overload causing the whole system to shut down). I look at a company based on not where its at, but where it could go.

They are fine until the make a mistake, which happens occasionally. Then they have no channels for formal complaints nor will they even consider correcting their errors. Crooks.
