It is MY belief that DGIV had such a meteoric rise the MM's shorted it all the way up to $8 and the also on the way back down. The trouble as I see it is that the float was to small for the amount they shorted and they underestimated the resolve of the shareholders of DGIV. For months they have dropped the bid and the ask and have been unable to induce the selling they need to cover their short position. With the latest Press release it is becoming clearer that DGIV is very close to reaching their goal of being a fully reporting and profitable company. If DGIV files with the SEC and pursues a Nasdaq listing as the company has said it plans to shortly, No one who does not have to will sell their shares. And how do you cover a Rumored 800,000 short position when that many shares are not available ? and definitely not at these prices. JMHO MarkC.
