To be honest, no real warning signs I can recall. However, the deed I saw was NOT recorded, but I know they take usually 1-2 months to be recorded in a normal situation. In the meeting Jack even said, "I'll never lie to you, I might make an error, but I'll never lie to you." He said this to the group. Also, in our first or second phone conversation he said "If we were doing this for a stock deal, we wouldn't have done it." To me, it sure sounds now like someone was feeling guilty, since he was the one that brought up the subject. So far, I don't think the whole thing was a set up, but I see it as Jack had everyone snowed. Especially noteworthy, when I talked to him and found out all the bad news Sat. night, he mentioned that Winston and he's relationship was "strained". Why should it be strained if it was ICVI's fault??? Makes ME wonder. Steve
