Airport security . . . . Guarding airports is similar to guarding anything else -- well guarded areas are harder targets to hit than others. As security systems get erected in one place, the other places are put under increasing pressure to install them, as well, since burglars (or terrorists) will concentrate on the easiest targets. Why do you think we had explosions in two low-security embassies in Africa? Only because other embassies were better guarded. So . . . when O'Hare comes on line, and others follow, we will see every airport have reason to install biometric security. Everywhere in the world that terrorists can hit American targets, or smuggle contraband, or anything else. I have estimated the US market of major airports as being worth $50 million. J. Saf, I guess we are the only two Americans who don't cheat on our wives, John........How can we possibly expect the President of the United States to live up to our standards! Clinton's sex life private?.......Not when he's doing it in the Oval Office.......with employees......on a taxpayer's couch. Clinton will decide "after a long talk with his wife".......to hang it up for the good of the country. The fact that the Democratic party is withdrawing support will not have anything to do with it....of course. Clinton stays in....and the Democrats will get whacked in November........Cut and run with a Gore?.....best plan. He is squeeky clean and the country is on auto-pilot anyhow. bg
