About their past work, he said that "they weren't looking for jobs" so they didn't see the need to put out their true resumes. At the time I bit my tongue not to say anything, but have since realized that they must've been hiding something. Also, the vagueness in the early PR about their work history was also always in the back of my mind. Why all the secrecy if there is nothing to hide?

It's hard to believe that an Oil and Gas guy like him could have been taken in so badly.

Shall we address the particulars of Jack's career as an O&G man? Pretty hard to get a grip on. The people I'm in touch with say he was a rigger for most of his active life...
