Reason and all. Carl Reynolds returned my call and to twist an old saying, "There's good news and flawed information." The good news is that everything is on track with NSKY and there will be multiple PRs when each phase of negotiations are completed. The flawed information is that there is no meeting tomorrow (Thursday). Reynolds was more than surprised when I told him that was the information on the thread. "It isn't going to happen," was his response. "I don't know how these things get started." He did say that negotiations are progressing well on all three projects. "There won't be any press release Thursday or Friday," he said. But he certainly did not rule out a PR soon. He refuses to divulge exactly when but he said, "If you are in the entertainment business, you have to be patient when working out these deals." So, folks, if you are unprepared to be patient, you are in the wrong investment. Reynolds also said that I (Donster) was wrong in thinking and reporting "Freak Talks About Sex" is ready for release. The editing has been completed and they are in the process of mixing sound to get the "answer print", as I just learned was the final version. In response to a question posed by Chief Brody, NSKY does not do their editing in house, so Reynolds didn't know whether or not the editing house uses the AVID equipment. And because of the delays in the mix process, Reynolds said they did not think it could have been ready for the Toronto Film Festival, so they withdrew "Freak..." from consideration for an invitation. As I've posted before, Reynolds didn't believe Toronto was necessary for a good distribution deal, anyway. Someone asked me, I believe in PM, what kind of restrictions were on the restricted shares. When asked, Reynolds said there had been 50 million restricted (I thought it was 100MM) but that the restrictions had expired. So, in effect, there are no longer any restricted shares. Reynolds said he would e-mail me and fax me the press releases when they go out and all the NASDAQ rules are followed as to proper notification. He is a very cautious lawyer who plays strictly by the rules. He sincerely has best interests of the company and shareholders in mind. He used the phrase "dotting I's and crossing T's". They are that close to completion of negotiations at least one of the projects. He just refuses to give out interim information during negotiations because, if anything happened, he would not want to be accused of misleading anyone. I must say here that I have deliberately not called Reynolds more than once a week, because I knew he was busy with negotiations, etc., and phone calls were hurting his productivity. However, I will not wait as long between calls in the future. Colleen is the IR, as per Reynolds' wishes, and will keep us informed in the interim. Donster
