FF7 moved up to number 6 from 7 in most recent PC Data info

cdmag.com

Still maintaining high retail price. Note the dominance at retail by CD and GTIS. Proof Positive of the magic of the $19.95 price point...

I would love to see all the numbers for Unreal VS FF7; FF7 has high royalty, but Unreal must have cost a fortune as it was in production forever. Both had high marketing expense. Unreal will surely ship more units, and will likely have add ons/level editor sales, as well as sequel. BUt with the higher unit price, FF7 may be just as profitable...

BTW, does anybody know the breakeven for FF7? I have heard 350,000 units (yikes), and also 150,000 units...
