From an earlier SEC filing: The Company,("Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc.") was organized in the state of New Jersey on November 8, 1985, under its original name of Alkan Corp. On April 14, 1994, a reverse merger was effected between Alkan Corp. and the Florida corporation of Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc.("IDSI-Fl."). IDSI-Fl. was formed on December 10, 1993.(see Note 3) Effective July 1, 1995 the Company changed its corporate status to a Florida corporation. sec.gov
