Thanks but under the new accounting savings is just under 1 percent not four. The stock market is currently the greatest store of liquid wealth. The question remains how big a drop in this store will cause a flight out of equities? My guess is about 15% but would like to know the thoughts of others. BTW- to Ike this is a scenario where stock prices and interest rates would go in the same direction.
