Really awkward, this story.

No wonder that most of us put the co. on the "red" portfolio.

There is only one problem:
They could sell the vaccine patent to one of the big players, like Schering (this is less likely), raking in a lot of new cash.
Touting such plans could raise the price a bit, as Zonagen's announcements usually stir up some price action, like the 10 of Aug, when the Q results were published, with a small jump to 19 3/4.

So, also the houston article may easily be exploited by the company, making the stock more unpredictable and perhaps causing people to reduce short positions.

Are there actual figures: burn rate, amount of stocks-to-be issued, preferred stock which are not reflected in the 2Q?
