I think we head back to the lows by Fri but they hold and we drift sideway until around next Thurs, when I think we start down again. Anybody notice how DELL has been advertising alot more recently? Typically this begins when internally mgt believes that growth is slowing on its own and they need to increase advertising in order to prop up sales. Nice double top in DELL today that matches the charts of other former mkt leaders (G, CCI, AFS, etc....) if you own DELL.... sell. if you don't own puts, buy them. -Lucretius BTW- I think we make a move to around 6200 by mid Sept, where we will get a substantial rally as the gullible public moves the last bit of money they have from the money mkts into mutual funds one more time. Unfortunately, it won't be enough and we start down again in late Oct towards DOW 4000, and the dipsters get real poor for the first time.
