Mr. Micky,
As per the "sunk ship", the OVIS '96 10KSB plainly states that ship, and all of CEA's assets were a "write-off" and the 96' 10KSB was released in the spring of '97 , after the OVIS PR you have been fond of touting.
The fact remains, there is no contract between the indian tribes and the company, only forward looking statements.

Micky, we at Teepee Plastics have worked all weekend(24 hours straight) to develop a new mold for water bottles.. We feel are new shape will be the novelty item of the fall season. We would like to dip into IWWI's water supply and offer our Cigar(tm) shaped water bottle. Can you help us facilitate a contract with IWWI quickly???
