Day to day gets somewhat boring after a while. Tried to get puts on INTC yesterday, but they wanted too much. Afraid of paying up and getting hurt. SOXX down good today though. Another day like today and that will be a reversal.

James: I agree. My gut told me the market was going to be down today. My usual price/volume and time/sales analysis was to masked. However, I noted that IBM, JPM and AMR all had gaps to fill.

IBM always fills its gaps. AMR dropped down and filled its double gap today. I believe that IBM and JPM will do the same, "sooner rather than later". (Does that sound like Clinton?) Heck, even DELL has a large gap to fill. A lot of stocks gaped up in this move, leaving a lot of gaps to fill.
