PINK said: People said the same thing about ENVY, FPAM, MEDA and other companies that employ, aggresive accountint to manufacture bogus earnings.

Pink - wouldn't "over-agressive accounting" result in lower earnings; ie: cumulative retained earnings/book value. A problem would only exist, and what I think you are suggesting, is that (1) they had written down inventory to later sell it at above normal margins. (2) they had written of Normal expenses as one-time adjustments. Is that correct?

And, the BIG question: how can YOU or any investor tell the difference between reasonable and unreasonable "adjustments"? Many companies have one-time adjustments; few have 40% annualized growth in a booming industry. Why choose MRVC to single out?

good luck and don't shoot the messenger

I think we all appreciate an honest discussion/debate. Thanks for taking a more reasonable approach. No messengers get shot. (You wouldn't shoot us longs or Noam for killing your short, would you?)
