Which, Pierre, gets at the heart of the matter. It is rather apparent that Presstek is evolving from a high margin business (Heidelberg and the kits) to a low margin business. The sharp decline in margins mean that Presstek needs some significant revenue growth just to stay even in terms of net income.

One other key here is: what is the major cause of the lower margins? The 10-Q is silent on the most important product--plates. The quote that you reprinted addresses just about every other product Presstek produces.
