Howard, I apologize if anything I said offended you. Instead of saying you weren't paying attention I should have said you didn't understand my way of viewing the current situation... sorry. Briefly, I think DGIV is spending their money elsewhere (ie. NMSS platforms, etc.). I'm not too sure though, seems like a valid question to me. Let's take our discussion over to the other thread and see if we can figure this out (instead of cluttering up the info thread). Hope you understand... thanks.
