A welcome change, indeed, Ray. I wish I could say that I thought ORCL was going straight up from here... it just seems that out of favor stocks seem to be out of sync with the market. When the market goes up - they go down, when the market goes down - they go down... until they're so rediculously cheap there's nothing better to buy. <G>

I certainly like your scenario better. This one will take time, but the reward should be worthwhile.

Roy

Ray, it seems to me that we will plateau at 25 before friday expiration. I expect it to go through 25 Thurs-Friday and then settle back around 25. I, however, have not done a "max pain" option analysis re: the price that causes the most puts & calls to expire worthless but I suspect the market is telling us 25 is it.

Sept is earnings month so we should have a run up.

Long 40 sep 25 calls

Ciao,
Daniel

"Oracle up $1 1/8 on double the average volume today and this thread is quiet"

Ray,

Up a point one day down a point the next over and over. What's to get excited about? Orcl is directionless.
