Clearly the company is struggling at the moment. But on the other hand, with a market cap of ~US$85M, this is one _cheap_ company. People are very negative on Corel and are prepared to dump on the CEO but Corel has executed successfully for many years. This _could_ be another Gandalf in the making, but on the other hand Corel has brand recognition access to distribution channels that are of a quality and quantity that most companies which are trading this cheaply could never touch.
