Leroy....Arif told us that in a conference call. Can we take anything this man says as truth?

Randy said in the July 6 press release, "'And while the Company's fundamentals have been, and continue to remain, strong, clarity in communications with our shareholders must improve."

Does anyone think FAMH's financials were strong in 1996. Also how could Randy make this comment on July 6th when these numbers were just accumulated? When he says "have been", I wonder what era he is referring to?

Honestly guys, all we have heard from Arif Adam was that Firamada "has always been, and continues to be a profitable company." Investors such as myself have given this company the benefit of the doubt based on NOTHING BUT A LIE.

Nothing left to say,

Lonnie

P.S. Arif is not in the office. He's on "holiday." It must be nice.

Leroyt, Although you could be very correct, the press release concerning the arrangement with Bristol Asset Management referred to a $12 million equity investment. Not having more to go on, I made an off the cuff assessment this indicated an issuance of shares to Bristol as collateral for something of real value.

Either this was a mighty expensive insurance package for the future, or FAMH got something from the deal (possibly just the money from the issued shares until certain mileposts are reached), or I misread the slant on the PR completely. If I gave away $12 million of value, I'd want something in my pocket. A Gates or Trump I'm not, then again, they would probably want the same thing.

The big question is what was/is the value of the company?

Anyway, Bristol seemed to be in FAMH in a big way, having suggested the President and CFO following this deal, as I understood the chain of events.

Good luck.
