That is simply disingenuous. There is no way for you to know what Starr's report will show. My guess, and it is basically admittedly a guess at this point, is that the report will contain so much circumstantial evidence against the Prez, and Hillary too, that no reasonable person will be able to dismiss the obvious -- that there is here -- an undeniable pattern of corruption over an extended period of time. There is no way that does not fit the "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" requirement.
