Ah, the concise and penetrating legal Mind of Reg(TM) at work again. It's quite embarrassing having your rulings "repetitevly" overturned. Especially on some peripheral matter in the case that doesn't have much bearing on the outcome. Do you happen to have any idea how often Jackson has been overturned in the past? Tell us, oh great legal scholar,(not to mention your indisputable expertise in all other areas ), how does Jackson's literal reading of a fairly straightforward law, a reading he wasn't very enthusiastic about himself, in a matter that wasn't put forward by the DoJ in the first place, indicate some problem in his "carrer"? Maybe he thought he should just follow the law and shut up. An unpopular stance among the friends of Bill, I know.

Cheers, Dan.
