David, A friend of mine raised a good question about PTCH. We are both impressed with the increase in revenues, but one reason it doesn't translate into the increase in EPS we have been expecting is because of the increase in shares outstanding. I noticed in 1992 PTCH had about 11 million shares out, and in 1998 that amount is now up to about 16 million. Has anybody talked to Mr. Munn or IR about this? What's going on here? Kurt T.
