Well... Ill tell you one thing. Europe is exploding to the upside where I am (large, gorilla internet hardware producer starts with a C, ends with an O). I havent taken apart the report yet because Im busy today but Europe represents huge potential for Dell and it wasnt really exploited last I looked. Sorry if this was already mentioned here I dont have time to read through all the posts... Michelle

On 100% growth and Israel. Darrell: Your comment about Israel is right on the money,matter of fact Israel has the highest number of P.hDs (mostly in physical sciences) per capita followed by I believe South Korea. The disintegration of erstwhile Soviet Union and their satellite countries contributed immensely to this end. I believe Israel comes under the category EMA (Europe,Middle east and Africa) in PC-Stat lingo. As for growth of PC sales in Europe, there are 5 countries in Europe that are growing 100% or more per annum according to M.Dell (I refer to the CNBC interview this morning) and I belive he was referring to Scandinavian (Finland,Norway,Sweden,Denmark,Iceland) countries when he said this.You may want to look up the IDC or Dataquest report on Q2 PC sales to confirm this,it was posted here not too long ago.The other significant growth stories of Europe and the U.K,Germany and France probably followed by Italy. Any much obliged for bringing this important piece of information.
