Long & strong TMMI.

Tom, you have exceeded our expectations on answering the questions we put to you and it looks like you've got a heck of a lot of irons in the fire. It also appears that a lot of the open items you mentioned could come through during the next few weeks. I hope so, we could use a little excitement (and price appreciation) around here :-)

Bruce

TMM back salary and debt status ?
Answer:
I would guess the total debt on the books of TMM is under 400,000.00 dollars U.S. The majority of this has been negotiated to taking stock. Mike Fernandez and myself have the majority and there are some nickel and time stuff of insignificant amounts (i.e. 600 here 1000 there) ...............

Tom, do I understand this correctly? We came out of bankruptcy with a $400,000 debt and the majority is back salaries for you and Mike? You mentioned nothing from the Olson era so I assume that this debt was from that period (Oct '95) to date. Also what is the stock price that this was negotiated at?
Larry
