Tom,

I'm just curious... did you invest in QTNT and lose money to date?

Or are you considering purchasing QTNT?

I see your QTNT posts stretch back to July 30th to see if QTNT was a reporting company or not.

If you don't trade non-reporting companies, why does this stock interest you?

Just curious.

Thank you for your tax-loss warning for December... I guess the rest of us will just assume that QTNT can make sales before then.

Also, I have traded several stocks which do not report to the SEC audited financials and they have soared.

DGIV was one of those companies... Was at .40 and zoomed to $8.00

CYGS was another.. went from .40 to above $3.00

Both in the last few months... feel free to look at them, Tom.

If you do not feel comfortable trading non-reporting companies, I suggest you stay away from them. There is no reason to trade stocks you aren't comfortable with.

For the record, I was comfortable with DGIV and CYGS, and I am comfortable with QTNT. But then SEC-reporting isn't the only factor I consider when I buy stocks.

However, I can understand if it is your most important factor.
