issues

1)selling by insiders
remember this was once a $5 company...these people involved(mr. haggerty and stein for sure) are probably millionaires already...if they wanted to dump they would have sold early and given up on the company and moved on to better paying jobs..the fact they are still involved tells me they see a much better return in the future for their efforts now

2)empire group
someone mentioned the were rated near the bottom...but near the bottom when compared to ameritrade and other big boys....that means we have a contract with one of the BIG BOYS and that means more exposure...especially if they our going to market idb and i'm sure they will add that to their cnbc commercial if they want to sell the service ....

3)delayed profitability by two months
intranet has been delayed a few months so i expect profitability to be pushed back also....also think of this...if fntn is able to become profitable just a quarter after launch think of the eps in just a year..fntn already has intranet site up and all the equipment needed so there will be high margin revenues...so as revenues ramp up, profits will ramp up quickly....where else will u be able to buy a profitable internet/intranet company for $1.50
