David, I agree with Jean. While the products may come in for that, the setup and support could easily be three times that figure, what do you think? on-the-other-hand, If you are talking about the first year only, then your figure may be high as all this takes considerable time.

Jean and Buck, Sometime, long ago, I researched air cargo tonnage in the US. It turns out that O'Hare has four percent of the national number. Given the economy of scale for a major installation, I multiplied by 50 rather than by 25 the $1 million I understand this pilot represented. If I didn't properly understand the initial figure, then all the subsequent calculations are off. But the methodology is probably in the ballpark. What information can you add, Buck? Margins should be higher than average, given the software content and replicability of the installations.
