I initially wanted to explain to you about your little ARIMA equations (which happened to be invented from where I came from, by Sir G. Box) Now, after reading your posts, I think I will let you try everything. You probably need to figure out what kind of stocks you can apply your little linear+white noise equations. You will gain much insights if you can figure out what is wrong with the options equations which are awarded the Nobel prices.
