Thanks Joe and Sergio--and with your clue about paper the first big
find I got was from an Edmunton 1973 newspaper that had this quote--

< On April 18, 1972, the 1,500 people of Ocean Falls, B.C. were told by Al
Tiemens that their town was going to be destroyed within little more than
one year. Torn down, reduced to rubble after the town's paper mill closed
on March 31, 1973. The local manager of Crown Zellerbach, the San
Francisco-based pulp and paper company that owns Ocean Falls,>
I then continued to surf and found an article about the giant multi-national companies of Crown Zellerbach,W.R.Grace and Weyerhauser
domination of the Beef industry in Latin America in the 80s(it was found on vegetarian activist page)
And then found that the person David Z. himself--he is now listed
as the head of the Zellerbach Foundation in San Francisco--where I am
sure David is now happily giving money away.(he was a genuinely sweet and unpretentios young man)
But what appears to be amazing--this huge multi-national company
is,it seems private still, and virtually invisible.
