Areas to consider for ModaCad. Indications of self dealing in management: Run by 2 husband/wife teams. Recently gave themselves questionable pay increases and signing bonuses. Questionable composition of audit and compensation commitee. Potential misrepresentation of relationships with Amazon and Intel. End of past revenue streams. Home Interiors and Intel development contract. Questionable target market. Teenage girls buying clothes over the internet without shopping and trying them on? Limited capital resources.
